Every job begins with a conceptual walk through. This is where we get to know you, your project and your wants vs. needs. We start working together to define your style in a budget that fits your project's scope of work.
DESIGNING THE DETAILS
After project scope and contract are defined, Carrie and the design team focus on the pre-construction details. Our outlined process finalizes every last detail prior to construction. We take you through all the design decisions, plans, materials and selections for creating your home. Our team is with you every step of the way, ensuring you will love your finished project.
BUILD PHASE
This is where our design details come to life. Our experienced team of skilled trade partners execute a high-quality build under the direction of John and your production team. Communication is a #1 priority and your project manager will supply daily updates through our construction management tool, Builder Trend, allowing you to follow your project from contract to completion.
LOVE LIVING
Work with us to continue finishing the details to love living in your home. Our team can curate and fully style and furnish your space. This includes space plans, sourcing, purchasing, installation and styling. You can immediately start making memories in your home.
